Add your sessions
Choose at least 6 sessions per area to qualify for the 40% discount, then add them to your cart.
STEP 3
Apply your discount
At checkout, enter SMOOTH10 for 40% off.
STEP 4
Complete your order
Enter your personal information, choose your branch and select upfront payment or three monthly instalments.
STEP 5
Place your order
Check your cart, then click Place Order.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with banking details.

First instalment to be paid by 30 November 2026. If no payment is received by this date, your order will be cancelled. Please ensure to make payment in time to secure your 40% off discount.

MAKE YOUR PAYMENT
How to pay
Once you have placed your order via our website, you will then receive an order confirmation via the email address that you provided us with. This confirmation will provide you with the total amount that you need to pay for your package.
You can either pay the full amount upfront before the 30th of November to secure the package. For the three month payment option, only one third (1/3) of your order total will be due by the 30th of November 2026 in order to secure your discounted laser package.
The second and third instalments will be due by the end of December 2026 & January 2027. If you fail to pay your second or third instalment then you will forfeit your package.
Once you make a payment, please send the proof of payment to info@thelaserlab.co.za.
BOOKING YOUR SESSIONS
Once you’ve completed your full payment or made your first instalment for your laser hair removal package, you’ll be able to start booking your sessions. Please ensure that your payment has cleared in our account before we proceed with your appointment.
To book your first session, please reach out to your chosen branch directly.
They will assist you with the booking process and guide you every step of the way.

FAQ'S
How long is my Laser Hair Removal package valid for?
Your laser package will be valid for three years from the day of purchase.
How many Laser Hair Removal sessions do I need?
It is difficult to say exactly how many sessions each individual will need. We are working with the human body, and everyone will respond directly to the treatment. On average, we recommend 8-12 sessions with regular maintenance sessions thereafter.
How long must I wait between Laser Hair Removal appointments?
The intervals between sessions will start of with 4 weeks. After a couple of sessions, depending on how the body responds, the intervals will be moved out to 6 and then 8 weeks. Until the maintenance phase is reached.
How must I prepare for my Laser Hair Removal session?
You will need to do a clean shave of the areas you are lasering the night before each of your appointments with us. Please note that you may not wax, pluck/tweeze, epilate or even Veet at least 4 weeks before your first session with us. You may only shave as much as you feel needed between your laser sessions
When can I start using my Laser Hair Removal sessions?
You can start using your laser sessions as soon as we have received your full payment or your first installment if you will be paying over three months.
Can I refund my Laser Hair Removal package?
Please note all laser hair removal packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please note that by purchasing a laser hair removal package during our DECADE OF SMOOTH promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- All promotional laser packages are valid for 3 years, until 30 November 2029.
- Once you have started redeeming sessions from your package, any remaining sessions may not be transferred to another person or changed to a different treatment area.
- No refunds will be issued on packages purchased as part of this promotion.
- Sessions may not be divided or shared between individuals. All sessions purchased must be redeemed by one individual.
- By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
