Frequently Asked Questions

What laser machine do you use?

We use the award-winning Alma Soprano laser technologies. Our Lasers are able to treat all skin types in effectively removing hair with permanent hair reduction noticed after the first session.

You can find more information on the lasers we use below:

How long is my laser package valid for

Your laser package will be valid for three years from the day of purchase.

How often do I need to come for a session?

There will be an initial waiting period of 4/5 weeks between your laser sessions.

Can I use my laser sessions at any of your branches?

As from 01 October 2023, laser sessions will only be able to be used at the specific Laserlab branch where you purchased the laser session/package.

Only per request and subsequent approval of this request, will your laser session/package be transferred to another branch.

How many sessions do I need?

We recommend 6 – 12 sessions and then maintenance thereafter. 8-10 Sessions is a good average to work on before going over to maintenance sessions, however everyone responds differently and there is no way for us to know how many sessions you will need.

How must I prepare for my laser session?

You will need to do a clean shave of the areas you are lasering the night before each of your appointments with us. Please note that you may not wax, pluck/tweeze, epilate or even Veet at least a month before your first session with us. You may only shave as much as you feel needed between your laser sessions.

Can you laser light or grey hair?

Unfortunately, we can’t laser grey or very light hair. We need the pigment in the hair in order for the laser machine to target the hair follicle.

We also cannot unfortunately laser red/orange hair.

When can I start using my laser sessions?

You can start using your laser sessions as soon as we have received your full payment or your first installment if you will be paying over three months.

Can I refund my laser package?

Please note all laser hair removal packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
